Hi, my name is Melanie.   I started a recycling project for my Bat Mitzvah 3 years ago (image below) .  

I have been recycling bottles and using the money to donate bags of VitaMeal to malnourished children in Malawi, Africa.  My original goal was to donate 3600 meals by the date of my Bat Mitzvah, which I completed by October 5, 2013.  However, I have continued with my project because I know it's making a big difference in the world.   I have currently donated over 4500 meals - I could not have done this without the help of my family and friends!  My goal is to recycle4meals and get others to do the same!  I want to donate a minimum of 1800 meals each year but I can't do it alone.  Will you help?
